rushed for 173yds & passed for 248. The Cards had no
penalty's and one turnover. The defense was led by DEs

forced six fumbles and turned the opening second half
fumble on the kickoff for a 32yd TD return by Joey Duflo.
Justin Heinrich(10-13, 165yds) tossed strikes of

23yds(Holm), 59yds(Holm). Ritchie Haycraft(14-74) &
Taylor Kotewa(16-44) led the ground game. While DE

The CARDS miscues led
to 28 pts for powerhouse West Central. RB Taylor Kotewa(14-82)
got the CARDS on the board late in the 2nd half with a
51yd TD run. A 94yd kick-off return by Richie Haycraft(3-168)
was the only score in the 2nd half for the CARDS. WR
Martin Tow added 4 receptions for 59yds and had an
interception. K Mark Origer stayed perfect on the
season(16-16) with 2 x-tra pts. Cody Vanasse, Kotewa and
Weston Bremer led the CARD def. Up next for the CARDS

Five
different Cards scored as the team reclaimed the "Little
Brown Jug." QB Justin Heinrich(3-8-83) sneaked in from a
yard out for the only score in the 1st half. Richie
Haycraft(8-60), Taylor Kotewa(12-85), Austin Smyth and
Dakota Gilbertson(6-68) added scores in the 2nd half.
Brennan Holm's interception on BEA's opening 2nd half
drive at the 10yd line proved key as he returned it to
the Bucs 34. The offensive line took over from there,
Styles Johnson, Scott Hines, Cody Vanasse, Jesse Hinz &
Jacob Sanden dominated - leading to 330yds on the
ground.

Brennan Holm(2-19yds) form 17yds out and Martin
Tow(4-68). Homecoming King Taylor Kotewa scored the
CARDS' first 2 TDs on 1 and 7yd runs. Richie Haycraft
and Conner Guetter completed the scoring, all in the
first half with 1 yard runs. K Mark Origer was 4-5 on X-tra
pts. Joey Duflo had an INT and Guetter added a FUM
recovery. Austin Smyth 2 1/2 sacks, DE Weston Bremer, DE
Jack Schmid, and LBs Cody Vanasse and Kotewa led the
defense. The second half was played by most of the
second and third string with just about everyone on the

Haycraft scored 3 times, twice from 15yds and one on a
50yd punt return. Martin Tow(1rec 13yd TD) added a 28yd
INT return to lead the CARDS over the Saints. RBs Brock
Frolik(11-95, 10yd TD run), Conner Guetter(15yd TD
catch) & Joey Duflo(28 & 58yd TD runs) rounded out the
scoring. Justin Heinrich(9-14-165yds -2TDs) neared the
1000yd mark in passing this season(942) and ran his TD
total to 11. Frolik & Taylor Kotewa had INTs, Kotewa
also recovered a FUM, Brock Bonin, Jack Schmid & Austin
Smyth & recorded sacks, Josh Vetter & Tre Hammer
had a tackle for loss. Next

scored twice on a 13yd catch & 5yd run. Trailing 12-7 at
the half, Martin Tow(3-90yds) hauled in Justin
Heinrich's(12-26-210yds) 23yd pass early in the 4th to
lead the CARDS to a come from behind victory over
Waseca. Special teams star Will Hawkins(4rec-67yds)
blocked a FG just before half. DE Andy Kotewa, LBs
Taylor Kotewa(blocked punt)-Brock Frolik-Cody
Vanasse-Guetter and DE Austin Smyth harassed the Waseca

"O" line dominated the Saints as the CARD backs racked
up 489yds on the ground. C Styles Johnson, Gs Cody
Vanasse - Scott Hines and Ts Jesse Hinz-Jacob Sanden
open holes for RBs Taylor Kotewa(17-180 2TDs), Richie
Haycraft(16-130, TD), Brock Frolic TD, QB Justin
Heinrich(6-16-190yds passing) TD rush. LBs Kotewa,
Conner Guetter(FUM REC) stopped Saints wishbone attack
with help from linemen Weston Bremer, Austin Smyth. DB
Martin Tow knocked away an option pass in the end zone.

The CARDS went for the win and fell short as the two
point conversion failed with just over a minute to go.
The onside
kick was recovered by the Tigers. WR Martin Tow(2-38yds)
out jumped the Tiger DB and hauled in Justin
Heinrich's(10-
23-140yds) 30yd pass in the end zone to pull the CARDS
within 1 at 1:09 left in the game. The CARDS got scores
from
Taylor Kotewa, Richie Haycraft(18-96yds) and TE Jack
Schmid who caught a 8yd pass in the opening minutes of
the
4th QT. Conner Guetter set up Haycraft's score with a
fum recovery. LB Brock Frolik led the "D" with 13
