placed 4th - 15:21.9(4K) at the MSHSL Class A State Cross Country meet at St Olaf College, Northfield. The CARD girls team finished in 6tth place overall.
placed 51st - 17:33.3(5K) at the MSHSL Boys Class A State Cross Country meet at St Olaf College. The CARD boys team finished in 14th place overall.
The 3-time Class AAA defending State Champions GSL scored 4 times in the 2QT and led 37-6 at the half. GSL's Aaron Lueders scored his 5th TD in the 3QT. GSL limited the CARDS ground game to 29yds, while rushing for 400yds and only passing twice.
Heinrich(6-17-195yds) completed a two point conversion pass to Peymann. Peymann also had a 71yd punt(CARD record).
WILL HAWKINS, Guetter, Haycraft, Bremmer(fum rec), led the "D". The Section 3AAA Runner-up CARDS finish 8-3. The 05-06 CARDS were Section runner-ups also.
