CARDS/Mahoney win opener 12 - 6 over Worthington. New coach Mat Mahoney was splashed with  the water cooler after Andy Thompson's bone jarring hit caused a fumble & sealed the win. Paul  Mallory scored two 4th QT TDs. The "D" was led by Martin Tow's 2INTs, Brennan Holm INT, FUM  REC, Andy Kotewa FUM REC, Taylor Kotewa & Austin Smyth had 12 tackles each.
